Stephan Dankert is a lawyer and certified foundation consultant (DAS). He deals with all tax issues relating to private and corporate investments. In addition to the area of taxation and structuring of investments, one of his main areas of practice is cross-generational succession consulting. Mr. Dankert advises and accompanies founders and foundations on complex issues and the establishment of foundations. Before joining Bankhaus Lampe, he worked for Dresdner- /Commerzbank Frankfurt am Main for 12 years, until the end of 2009, and was responsible for tax issues related to clients as well as the regulatory requirements for the introduction of the flat rate withholding tax. Mr. Dankert is, among other things, a member of the working group "Taxation of Capital Investments" at the Association of German Banks.
