Robert Sprogies (born 1962) is a fully qualified lawyer. Between 1992 and 2002 he worked at Bayerische Landesbank, initially as in-house counsel in the legal department and subsequently in the Executive Board Secretariat. He joined Hauck & Aufhäuser in 2002, where, in addition to heading the Corporate Secretary's Office, he also managed the Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Public Relations & Marketing and Special Clients departments for a time. He has been a member of the Executive Board since September 2019 and is responsible for the CFO, CRO and COO functions, which include Finance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Inhouse Consulting, IT Management and Operations.
