Gordan Torbica holds a degree in business administration and joined Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe in 2011 after working for management consultancies and a private bank. There, Torbica most recently held the position of Chief Operations Officer / Chief Risk Officer (COO / CRO). He has in-depth knowledge of the Bank's risk profile, processes and IT and has led various strategic change projects. Among other things, Torbica was responsible for the successful integration of Hauck & Aufhäuser and Bankhaus Lampe as programme manager and ensured the smooth merger of the IT landscapes of both banks.
