Matthias Schauch was born in Paderborn and has been in the banking business since 1991. After training as a banker at a regional Volksbank in East Westphalia, he gained his first experience as a customer advisor. In 1999, he moved to the private banking department of Commerzbank AG as a trainee. From 2000 to 2004 he looked after and acquired private banking customers as a general contact person with a focus on asset management. From 2005, his path led him to Osnabrück as a manager. There he held several management positions until 2010 and was actively involved in the integration of Dresdner Bank. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as a group leader in Wealth Management at Commerzbank, where he looked after high-net-worth private clients and entrepreneurs. His responsibilities as a manager covered the Wealth Management locations Bielefeld, Osnabrück and Münster. In 2015, he was called to Bankhaus Lampe KG in Bielefeld. There he worked as an account manager in the Private Clients & Corporates division until the end of 2020. Since January 2021, his professional path has led him back to Osnabrück, where he works as deputy branch manager for the private banking house.      He successfully completed his part-time studies as a Diplom Bankbetriebswirt at the Frankfurt School of Finance in Frankfurt am Main at the end of 2004.     Mr. Schauch wants to be a Trusted Advisor for his clients. He wants to be a person that people ask for advice before making important decisions because they trust him. His daily drive is to work with people and to be there for your concerns. He takes a holistic approach to consulting with a focus on investment. If necessary, he calls in specialists or his extensive network.
