Karen Krämer is a fully qualified lawyer and banker. Since 2017, she has been responsible for advising wealthy private individuals and medium-sized clients of the bank on foundation and succession issues. Previously, she spent 12 years at Commerzbank AG, where she was responsible for the establishment and administration of foundations for high net worth individuals, the acquisition and execution of wills, and advising medium-sized entrepreneurs and their families in succession situations and shareholder changes. Ms. Krämer is the author of professional articles and book contributions. Since 2018, she has also been the managing director of our Hauck & Aufhäuser Cultural Foundation.
