After completing her commercial training in 1994, Iris Fischer moved to the world of finance at Volksbank Wegberg eG, where she gained 13.5 years of experience in the areas of customer service and customer advice, sales support and as an assistant to sales management and retail banking.
After a merger with Volksbank Erkelenz eG, she moved to Zurich in 2008 to join ING Bank Schweiz AG as an assistant in Private Banking and in the same year moved to Luxembourg in the same position at Landesbank Berlin International S.A..
In 2011, she joined DZ PRIVATBANK S.A. Luxembourg as Assistant to the Segment Head of Group HR & Change Management, where she also gained experience as Assistant to the Management Board and Segment Head of Portfolio Management over the following 10 years.
Back in Germany, she worked in KMU between 2021-2023 as an assistant to the management and completed her training as a data protection coordinator (GDDcert. EU) in 2023.
Since 2024 she has been working as an assistant in the Private & Corporate Banking division at Bankhaus Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe AG in the Düsseldorf branch.
