Ad hoc-information: Trading and settlement with Russia-relation

Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG („HAL“) informs you about the following current restrictions in trade/settlement of transactions:
- Trading on Russian markets is not possible, as the Russian Central Bank has prohibited brokers from executing and settling securities transactions for non-residents of Russia
- Settlement of Russian securities transactions (domestic) in RUB currency is not possible. As a result, HAL will not trade in RUB denominated securities until further notice.
- Alternative settlement of securities denominated in RUB in other currencies is not possible.
- An overview of additional securities which cannot be traded and settled can be found under the following link: (Russia-related measures (clearstream.com)
- HAL no longer offers custody of Russia Market securities for new investments until further notice.
- All securities with issuer country Russia are excluded from Triparty
transactions, i.e. they can no longer be used as collaterals.
- Dividend an Income payments as well as Corporate Actions have been exposed until further notice.
Please note that due to the current situation, further restrictions may occur at any time.
Trading and settlement of pending transactions in Russian securities at HAL is therefore currently handled on a best efford basis.
