After graduating from the Ruhr University in Bochum in 1994 with a degree in economics, Thomas Kleffmann began his professional career as a trainee branch manager and securities specialist at Commerzbank AG. A move within Commerzbank to Private Banking brought him to Hamburg in 1997, where he worked for the next three years as an investment advisor (investment & securities) and financial planner. In 2000, he moved to Bankhaus Delbrück & Co. Privatbankiers before joining UBS Deutschland AG from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, he joined Weberbank AG, first as team leader and later as branch manager in Düsseldorf. Since 2009, he has been serving our clients at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe as head of the Düsseldorf branch and of Private Banking Germany. His focus is on the support and acquisition of family offices, foundations and associations.
